We hope that you love your Vie purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product(s), simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to exchange your item or remit your account for the full amount of your purchase price.
What is your returns policy?
Vie by Shanti will accept a return on products purchased directly from our US website within 30 days of purchase. Please contact Customer Service for more information on returning a product.
Regrettably, return shipping fees are not refundable.

How do I return/exchange an item?
Send us your return request by email. Add "Return Request" to the subject line.
We will verify your order to see if it meets the following conditions:
Returns request must be received within 30 days from purchase date.
Exchange request will be granted for product(s) with unbroken seal(s) within three days after the product(s) have been received.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued once the return request has been approved and we will send you an email with the mailing address and directions for your return/exchange. Returns must be received within 10 days of RMA issuance.
Once we received the return, refund will be issued within three business days. Please note that it will be showing on your statement within 5-10 business days.
Free shipping policy
Free USPS shipping is valid for online purchases of $85 or more. Eligible customers must select this option in checkout in order to receive free shipping. Offer is good for the order's first "ship-to" address anywhere in the U.S. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges may apply. Not valid on international shipments.
do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be sent to the provided e-mail address.
What are your delivery options?
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is U.S Postal Service.
